I received my purchase which is perfect in addition I was given a hand made bracelet with my name on it. Accompanying this was a hand written note. I cannot explain just how special the latter two things were. In this ‘Stop the world I want to get off” life we lead this gives me hope!

bought some Christmas decorations, and they were stunning. Fast postage, packaged brilliantly, such attention to small details like a handwritten note and sticker so you know what’s in the parcel (exciting).

If I had to be picky, the only thing that I think would be better would’ve been if the tissue paper wasn’t sellotaped.
I do understand that this is a niche issue, but tissue paper can’t be recycled but it could be reused.

HOWEVER - totally understand the premise of using tissue paper to protect the goods, and it equally may have been that I was being silly and struggling to get it off nicely.

Either way, impeccable start to finish, I would definitely return to shop here
