Bought a lovely carved wooden stepstool for my apartment, I had some issues with using the discount code Id been issued but customer service were quick, helpful and friendly-they sorted the issue almost immediately. I was worried about damage that could happen during transport but the stool was incredibly well packaged with a lot of layers to insulate it. Im very impressed and will definitely buy again from Sunshine Thrifts in the future!

I placed two orders with Sunshine Thrift: the first a gift for my friend (gorgeous, framed pressed flowers) and the second an order for myself as I couldn’t help myself (included: framed pictures, clothing & a bag). I contacted the customer service email to let them know that I would prefer for the orders to be sent in one package if possible, and they were so lovely in their response and accommodated my request, even refunding my initial shipping. The items arrived beautifully packaged and perfect quality. The handmade note and bracelet was a lovely touch. I am definitely going to order from here again in the future and I think it’s an excellent idea to be able to shop for pre-loved items online as I don’t have many shops like that near me.
