What delivery options are available?

We offer two delivery options, standard and express for the UK and Channel Islands.

Standard delivery is £2.95 and your order will arrive within 3-5 working days once it has been despatched. Orders over £30 are eligible for free standard delivery.

Express delivery is the speediest way for you to get your order. Your order will arrive within 1-2 days of being despatched.

All orders are despatched the next working day.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

We currently ship to the UK (excluding NI), USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Please enquire here for shipping to any other countries.

When will my order arrive?

Your order will be despatched the next working day. If you have chosen standard delivery, your order will arrive within 3-5 working days after despatch. If you have chosen express delivery, your order will arrive within 1-2 working days after despatch.

I need to return an item. How do I do this?

We get it. Sometimes shopping online doesn’t produce the results you had hoped for. No problem, we offer a 14 day free returns policy. Get in touch here and we will arrange your return.

To be eligible for return, your item must have it’s Sunshine Thrift clothing tag attached and must not be earrings or bought in sale.

What condition will my item be in?

We want to make second hand shopping feel like second nature. To do this, we only want to sell you items which are in great condition so that you can tell your besties that your new tote bag ‘it's second hand, but you wouldn’t know it.’

New with tags

This item still has its original tags or packaging and no signs of use, as if you had bought it direct from the retailer. With us it’s the same as shopping with the retailer, but a lot cheaper.

No signs of use/wear

This item does not have it’s original tags or packaging but there are no signs of use. This means, apart from it’s tags being missing, this item appears brand new.

Very good

This item appears in excellent condition but on closer inspection, there may be small signs of use. Read the product description for more information.

How do you quality check each item?

Every single item on our website goes through a two-stage quality control check, once in natural light and once in artificial light. If a fault identified during this process can be repaired, washed or improved upon we will take the necessary steps to improve the condition of the item. If a fault is identified that cannot be repaired, a decision is made as to whether the fault is significant enough to take away from the function or look of the item. If the fault is too big, the item is recycled through the appropriate channel. If the fault isn't too detrimental to the overall look or function, the item is listed on our website with a 'very good' condition.

Big Bundle Sale FAQs

Can I return items I bought in the bundle sale?

Unfortunately, any items purchased in our bundle sale are non-refundable unless they have arrived damaged. Read our returns policy here.

How does the bundle sale work?

Get 10% off each and every item in our bundle sale, add the item to your basket and you will see the 10% discount automatically removed.

But once you start adding to your bundle, the more you save!

  • 2 items in the bundle sale will save you 20% off both items.
  • 3 items in the bundle sale will save you 30% off all three items.
  • 4+ items in the bundle sale will save you 40% off all items.

The discount automatically increases as you add more items to your basket.

Look out for this ‘bundle sale’ flag on collection pages and ‘bundle sale’ banner on product pages. These are the items you can add to your bundle!
