We offer two delivery options, standard and express.

Standard delivery is £2.95 and your order will arrive within 3-5 working days once it has been despatched.

Express delivery is the speediest way for you to get your order. Your order will arrive within 1-2 days of being despatched.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently ship outside the UK. This is definitely something we will consider for the future. Sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when we start shipping in the UK.

Your order will be despatched the next working day. If you have chosen standard delivery, your order will arrive within 3-5 working days. If you have chosen express delivery, your order will arrive within 1-2 working days.

We get it. Sometimes shopping online doesn’t produce the results you had hoped for. No problem, we offer a 14 day free returns policy. Get in touch here and we will arrange your return.

To be eligible for return, your item must have it’s Sunshine Thrift clothing tag attached and must not be earrings or bought in sale.

In your approval email we have included a link to order your mailer bag. You are limited to one mailer bag per order. Mailer bags cost £1.50 which will be refunded via your chosen payment method once we receive your Get Rid items.

When ordering your mailer bag you need to choose how you want to receive payment for your Get Rid order. Learn more about payment methods here.

We will despatch your mailer bag via Royal Mail 2nd class service the next working day.
