Collection: Jeans & Trousers

You will find the measurements for each clothing item on the product page, use these measurements to determine whether the item will be the perfect fit for you. Use our measuring guide for assistance with taking the correct measurements.

Absolutely not! When a clothing item is described as second hand it simply means it may have had a previous owner and has not been bought direct from the original retailer.

At Sunshine Thrift we have a two-stage quality check in place for each and every item which means that every item you see on our website has been checked twice for faults. In the event we find a fault we will endeavour to repair it, and if it cannot be repaired we will not add it to our website, so you are only ever shopping the best of the best second hand clothes available.

It is important that we strike the right balance! If a fault is identified that also does not impact its use or overall look of an item we will continue to list it on our website with the condition categorised as ‘very good.’ Should you wish, you can filter out these items on any of our collection pages.

Looking after your second hand clothes correctly will ensure that you get maximum wear out of them because after all, we want to reduce waste to landfill and extend the life of all clothes! Read our blog on understanding clothing laundry symbols so you can correctly care for your second hand clothes.

We categorise each second hand clothing item on our website into three categories: new with tags, no signs of use/wear, very good.

New with tags

This item still has its original tags or packaging and no signs of use, as if you had bought it brand new from the retailer. With us it’s the same as shopping with the retailer, but a lot cheaper.

No signs of use/wear

This item does not have its original tags or packaging but there are no signs of use. This means, apart from its tags being missing, this item appears brand new.

Very good

This item appears in excellent condition but on closer inspection, there may be small signs of use or age. Read the product description for more information.
