The Reason

Hi there!

Sunshine Thrift was born out of a desire to create a better, more accessible and enticing experience for those shopping second hand clothing and vintage home decor.

I felt as though I had been left behind in the shift towards second hand fashion. Charity shops, car boot sales and online marketplaces felt too different to how I had always shopped and too far out of my comfort zone.

And any experiences I did have when shopping second hand were negative. Faulty items and orders sent in supermarket carrier bags. Why!?

We should be able to enjoy the benefits of shopping second hand clothing and home without lowering our expectations.

It can be a daunting prospect to even entertain buying something that isn't brand new. I'm changing this by building trust with my customers so they feel 100% confident in shopping second hand online with Sunshine Thrift.
