Sunshine Thrift UK & Channel Islands Delivery Policy
From the 13th of December 2024, we can no longer ship to Northern Ireland due to changes in EU shipping regulations.
Orders raised Monday to Friday will be despatched the next working day. Orders raised on the weekend and bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.
We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.
Standard 2-4 working day delivery Royal Mail Tracked 48- £2.95 (free on orders over £30)
Express 1-2 working day delivery Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £4.00
In the event that your parcel's dimensions and weight exceeds Royal Mail's parcel limits, we will use an alternative carrier.
Sunshine Thrift International Delivery Policy
We do not currently ship to EU countries or Northern Ireland
We offer tracked international shipping to Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, Norway, Switzerland, Ukraine and Iceland.
Shipping fees are based on the weight of the parcel. Below is a product weight guide for you to estimate shipping fees.

Additional costs
Your order may be subject to additional duties and customs clearance fees once the parcel arrives in the destination country. As the customer, you are responsible for these costs. Sunshine Thrift are not liable for any additional fees relating to your order.
You will be contacted by the destination country’s postal service to arrange payment of any additional fees. Until these fees have been paid, your parcel may remain held in customs.
The delivery time quoted by Sunshine Thrift does not include any additional time your parcel may be held for if you have not paid any additional fees as required by the destination country.
Delays at customs are outside of our control.

- International orders are not eligible for free returns, find out more about our international orders return policy here
- In the event that the parcel is not delivered due to a failed delivery attempt and the item is returned to Sunshine Thrift, the delivery fees paid by you on this order will not be refunded. No additional fees paid by you will be refunded.
Get Rid Delivery Policy
Get Rid is available to anyone living in mainland UK and NI. Unfortunately we are able to extend our Get Rid service to residents living on the channel islands and anyone living outside of the UK.
Get Rid mailer bags are despatched the next working day via Royal Mail on a 2nd class untracked service. The parcel is large letter size and will fit through any standard post box. You do not need to sign for this delivery.
Get Rid filled mailer bags are returned to us via Yodel on a 2-3 working day tracked service. We will provide you with a pre-paid return QR code that can be used at any Yodel drop off. Find your local Yodel drop off here. No printer is required.
